  • Junsu!!! You are the best!!!! <3

  • Wait... That's a DUDE!? WTF!?!

  • クソチョン死ねチョン

  • I think its rude to be screaming like crazy fan girls during the singing of the anthem... It's the South Korean anthem and though some in the audience may not be Korean people, it's very rude and many wouldn't scream during there own country's anthem, would they? It is Junsu...but it's disrespectful~ Seriously...

  • can anyone tell me why they had a choir? what kind of music festival was it lol

  • @oiat it was korean music festival at the hollywood bowl :D

  • @oiat lol its the Hollywood bowl(basically the korean music festival) that takes place in LA. Why they had the choir, i have no idea, when Junsu doesnt really need the choir.

  • waaaaaa.beautiful voice..no one can sing like him..no one !!!!

  • Apart from being incredibly disrespectful, these fans essentially did something that is the equivalent to slapping Junsu in the face. As important as fans are, no true artist wants degrading fans. (As the saying goes, birds of a feather, flock together.) It damages the artist's image, and it tells the world how insensitive and inconsiderate of the artist's national pride these so called fans are. As fans, they should respect the national anthem that represents the country of the artist they love

  • whoo hoo! i'm gonna be there in 2 weeks! ...wonder who's gonna sing the anthem then. but wow tho... i hope the crowd remains civil at least for the anthem. cuz that was kinda... eh...

  • @ fruitsbasketlover26

Are you kidding? No matter what country you live in that is absolutely rude. He probably was shocked at how many people couldn't even respect his countries national anthem. Koreans are proud of who we are. So the fans there should be respectful ( regardless of country)

Anyways I can understand being excited to see him but it's one freeking song... At least be respectful for like only one minute...

Ps junsu your voice is beautiful :) 화이팅! ^ㅅ^

  • It's quite sad many fans could not keep quiet while the national anthem was being sung. I was there and in plain words, it was embarrassing.

  • his voice is as beautiful as ever......

  • Luv xiah!!!!beautiful voice!!!!

  • Junsu's got such an angelic voice~ LUV IT!

  • dude what's with these fans shouting while a country's national anthem is sung?? so rude.

  • why they are screaming while xiah junsu sing the korean national athem?

ya..i am also a fans of xiah...but they shouldnt scream even though xiah singing it.......its a disrespect to the country......

  • its that national anthem, shouldn't we be quiet? o.o

even if he is famous, we should respect the national anthem <<

  • seriously, someone shut these screaming girls up. i understand them screaming if it was just another song, but its the Korean National Anthem!! sheesh

  • @hanul21

its the Korean Anthem. who cares.

  • @Rac665 And you are an ignorant racist. Who cares.

  • Was the confetti for Xiah Junsu only??? so cool~

  • ahhh!!!! junsu!!! xiah junsu saranghae~!!!!!!

  • is this in America??? errrrrr really????? *screammmmmmmm*

  • Well california which is like totally normal now if they would have been in like GA wow lol^^

  • JUNSU<3~

  • i know its the national anthem....

but if i saw him i'll scream like crazy with all the other fans!

  • omo such a beautiful voice~

  • i agree.. its not that they dont have respect its that well DBSK is from Korea and their korean-american fans dont see them in person often so seeing them on stage makes them want to scream for joy. im korean and if i were there then i would have done the same thing.

so dont think of us as some rude people.

  • For all the negative comments about it being rude to scream, its not that they dont have respect, its that its junsu who sings it

u can tell that theyre all fans of TVXQ

look in any other vid that has the korean national anthem

    theyre all quiet

its just cuuz TVXQ is popular all ovr the world and theyre happy their idol is singing it for them

  • same with the philippines you idiot

    im flip

  • God these stupid people....its a national anthem. Show patriotism not screaming

  • they have no respect....

    shame on them.

  • Let's think of it this way: if the U.S. had a concert in Korea and as we sang our national anthem people were screaming endlessly, we would pretty much be thinking, how rude.

The same goes for the Korean anthem or any anthem.

Scream when he comes out, who cares! Then shut up when he sings. I did that, a lot of ppl did, but apparently, not enough people were thinking properly :/

  • Ah; Kim Junsu, big fan of his.

I am non Korean, but like most of you said, it is the NATIONAL ANTHEM, I held in my fangirlness to show my respect for Korea and Junsu himself.

  • ...I'm pretty sure most of the screaming is done by non-Koreans....

...o0; Even if it IS Junsu, it's the friggin Korean National Anthem... jeez.

  • nope was done by almost every korean i saw around me haha

  • ...Honestly?

o0; Then they would most likely be American-Koreans, no offense to them. Cos, to all my native Korean friends, doing that is really rude to them.

  • Yes, bowl packed full of Korean-Americans.

  • well, putting aside the pointless arguments from other people's p.o.v.s, i'd say that junsu himself wouldn't want to hear others screaming for him when he's singing the national anthem, you know?

since we all love him so much, why don't we respect the way he may feel? Whether the fans are Korean or not, they should give respect and refrain from screaming when Junsu is singing his national anthem. As a korean himself, i'm pretty sure junsu wasn't particularly pleased with the screaming.

  • yeah i know.

do these fans have no respect for their own country? >_>

in AMERICA, we hold our right hands over our chests and stand up while somebody sings the national anthem.

  • @shiszzs but it's in america right? so most of the crowd is american who cant see them live regularly

  • No respect nowadays...

Pop singer or not, it's the national anthem, not a fangirl arena.

Don't get me wrong, I love Junsu, but it's sickening how disrespectful these 'fans' can get.

  • oh my, this is national anthem. People are suppose to listen or sing along...but not scream without non-stop, even though it is JUNSU FROM DBSK singing. I thought its kind of tradition to do so...guess not in some countries.

Anyway, I LOVE JUNSU...I just hope I meet him one day, Until then I'll keep on dream of him. Sweet and lovable guy ever.

  • i ment he not "her" xD

  • beating*

  • @photojjunkie: totally agreed.

I was there as well, I kept as silent as I could (my fangirl heart was beat 1000000 miles a minute though xD ), because I felt the need to respect. Junsu is wonderful, bottom line <3

  • AAHHHHHHHHH omg He sings sooo beautifully!!

even though too much screaming i would SO do the same so dont blame them! XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD Junsu <3

  • why they are screaming? do you like to scream when somebody sing your national anthem? what the hell.. by the way singer is good but it's hard to even hear her when those stupid kids scream

  • the singer is Xiah from DBSK..so the screaming had to be there....

  • its a guy not a girl hahah he has a high singing voice though

and they are screaming because hes in this boy band called dbsk which is very popular in korea with the girls. its kind of like if...justin timberlake was singing the star spangled banner...kind of.

  • totally agree

  • wow. beautiful

  • It annoys me how the girls scream while Su is singing. I was there and it was louder than this video seems; it was so rude. I mean no matter how famous someone is, a national anthem should be respected.

  • my junsu voice so touching ..

    love ..

  • as a korean i am pretty fucking pissed off. when someone is singing the national anthem, u shut the fuck up to show respet for ur country. u dont scream and yell

  • This was in the U.S., not Korea.

Can you blame them for being excited? They finally get to see their idol in PERSON, not through the computer/t.v. Of course they're going to cheer for him.

  • i know. it dont matter. respect for ur country should be more solid than getting high over some ign singer. i know thet got excited but they should have shut up for just a few seconds while the anthem was playing.

  • But it's not THEIR country. Why would they care about someone elses anthem.

I'm not replying anymore because I have a feeling this is going to turn into a pointless argument.

  • that is rude. and that is impolite too. it is a national anthem. you have to respect it.

  • i remember that moment haha I couldnt help to scream!

  • ahhh! why i see you in every vid of this anthem perf? lol. and you seriously just come to insult??

c'mon.. you looove it too much, you justhave to come back and watch, huh?

  • fuck jap whores

  • if you don't like us, don't watch this..

and stop stereotyping... i don't eat dogs @_@

if you think you can stereotype people, i know japs are famous for their porns and sex slaves and whatnot @_@

  • omfg...dint hear this for 8 years

  • Junsu made Korea National Anthem became hottest of all :3

  • interesting he was in hollywood? i would have figured he would sing the american national anthem lol! but ive never heard the korean one so its entertaining I like it.

  • u know what.

i didnt understand korean so i didnt undeerstand it when brian was MCing

but once he said that name "xiah junsu"

I constantly fell off my chair, my heart totally jumped out and stopped, and when i got to my senses, i screamed like hell, so a bit of that screaming might be me

cause i remember i screamed the whole time

    haha sorry sorry ^^

  • i wouldve done the exact same thing if i were in your shoes^^ LOL

  • omg me too lol it looks like the where i was sitting omg we could have like bumped into u XD

  • i think i sat a little closer than this video

and i was like in the middle ^^

  • o ok lol i was in F1 lol row 1

  • i was in the middle of the terrace box part

    I WAS SOO EXCITED

lol i was one of the first people to sit down cause i was too excited.

who knows i couldve met dbsk if ive stayed out longer D:

  • omg wait until u hear this i was sitting next to minwoo's best friend right and i was bothering asking him "what did they say?" lol and then he asked me if i wanted to go back stage with him but u know u cant just go with anyone these days so i said "no its ok" omg and then the girl which is his friend said u should have gone he's best friends with minwoo and minwoo was the one who gave them the tickets and omg after the guy who was sitting next to me called them and told them to go back stage

  • and omg after the guy who was sitting next to me called them and told them to go back stage

lol i kinda dont get that part

    O.O SO U WENT BACKSTAGE?

  • lol they asked if i wanted to go but my uncle wanted to go before every ones starts to leave lol XD so we left and i couldnt go sniff... sniff.. i really wanted to say ya lets go but my uncle said that we had to go befor evryone starts to leave

  • aw lol i took the bus home, so i could go home anytime

but.. i didnt know i couldve gone to see them

    ARGH LIFE IS SO UNFAIR

seriously, i really pray they'd come again next year.. dont you?

  • ya next time when they come we can both double up and go look for them lol XD

  • sure. lets go dbsk (and SJ maybe?) hunting :D

i really hope theyre coming again

    i'd do anything

im buying the pool circle ticket next time

but its pretty unlikely for them to come again

because theyve come 2 time, and HB wants to keep the performers like.. new

but i believe if neither dbsk nor suju comes, there wont be such a great audience

  • ya i agree lol next i want to buy better seats too lol but didnt fly to the sky come like more than 2 times?

  • lol i think its cause brian MCed twice already

so they just invite hwan hee (or whatever his name is) altogether to perform anyways

GAHHHHH ur making me have that exicted feeling again

    WHATS WRONG WITH YOU

bahaha omfg i miss that night's feeling

  • lol ya i know i remember when they came out as soon as i heard yunho's voice i started yelling lol

  • omfg i had like nothing to do in the beginning

cause suju comes first, and dbsk last

so in the middle i was like planning on how to shoot a good fancam

but BAHAHAH i totally.. well, my mind went completely blank and the things ive planned for hours totally died. xD

omfg i love them so much

i'd do anything for them to come again

  • me to lol i was like the other ones lol where better than my dbsk lol and u can hear them sing but when dbsk came out i was like "aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" XD

  • yea lol u can hear in fancams things like i love youuuu i love you have my babyyyy (LOL)

but i was just like spazzing and all i could say was AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

after suju's performance, they went backstage again right? and then i taste blood in my mouth

and it turns out that the corners of my mouth were totally ripped apart. and like.. can u imagine? cause i have a pretty small mouth and jaw, and i totally went over the limit (LOL) but it stopped bleeding untl guess what? dbsk came out

  • no my thought felt raw from yelling XD

  • yea.

    anyways can u read korean?

cause that would help to research about their hotels and airport. and stuff like that

lets follow them to their hotel~

    stalker mode: ON

  • lol no but my unnie can lol i have her trancelate lol ya lets go to their hotel omg i seen this vid and ppl whent up to yunho and asking for autograghs and stuff and yunho had no gards wa so happy but i wonder if next time he'll have them?

  • i understand the screaming

but they should've respected the anthem singing shouldn't they?

anyway... i undersatnd them ^^ ... but still

  • Wow...that 55hoser person. Saying someday we'll grow out of this music and say "why did we listen to this?" Okay, this is something I'll never grow out of and thats listening to other cultures music. I love Korean music, Japanese, Jamaican, French, whatever, and I hope that someday I won't leave a trait like that since there are so many Americans that don't give a damn about another countires music. I love music across this earth and thats something I WILL never stop liking.

  • i will still scream though lol

  • word^^

  • ???????

  • I totally get why they are screaming i would scream louder if i was there XD

His voice is like an angle..LOVE HIM

  • omg i would love it, but i wouldnt scream, and they should actually know that is the nationaal anthems, i could understand that they are screaming, but, respect.. (jae) lol in korean Jae means respect

  • I cant believe it! no offense to Junsu, but those girls really dosent have resepct to our country! Do they even knw, its the National anthem?

  • i understand that the people here did not have the chance to see the boys live in four years but I can't understand how they think it justifies all that yelling/screaming. He's singing Korea's NATIONAL ANTHEM. It's common sense to respect that moment and let the song play (I didn't say 'singer sing' because it's really NOT about the singer at that moment, ideally)

was it just not announced? or do these people do the same thing when their national anthem is being sung?

  • it's ridiculous this "put yourself in their shoes" argument. yeah, I put myself in their shoes and still come to the same conclusion.

I'm just hoping it was some huge misunderstanding... like somehow ALL those girls did NOT know he was singing the anthem.

aside from that, the audio of this video is actually really good. Thank you for posting :)

  • im sorry^^

but for a crazy/obsessed fangirl like me,,

    I WOULD SCREAM MY LUNGS OUT^^;

    and its not because im disrespectful, but because i wouldve LOST all my senses by then^^;

  • at least you're accounting it to 'losing your senses,' which implies that if you hadn't lost them, you'd stay quiet.

I'm frustrated with the people who were justifying their actions (or the fans' actions). as if they have LOGICAL reasoning backing them up. intentions aside, these fans were being extremely immature and it unsettles me that they don't even realize that, even AFTER it happened and AFTER they look back on it.

  • :( Screaming when he's singing the national anthem. I do understand how the fans feel when they see him performing for the first time lol. pretty exciting..!xD

  • 애국가부르는데!! 소리를 쳐질러싸!!!!!!!아!!욱하네정말..

  • why are they cheering for nothing???

    i know junsu's a great singer..

i like junsu too!!! and very2 much!!! i love his voice soooooooo much!!!!

he had always been my nO.1!!!!

but... well... isn't the song is korean's national anthem...

isn't it best if people just listen and kept quite to show respect to the national anthem..

no offence but that's my opinion...

  • how would you feel if the person you LOOOVED for more then FOUR years appeared right in front of you UNEXPECTEDLY?^^

thats how they were feeling then. . .

american fans are EXTREMELY deprived of dongbang. . .

    cant blame them^^

  • ahaha, true, true, true, america's missing out on this...

  • please delete 55hoser's comments. so ignorant, ethnocentric, obnoxious, etc.

  • DBSK is an abreviation of Dong Bang Shin Ki which in english means God's Of The East.

And judging by how famous they are they clearly are God's!

  • 555hoser. I'm not Korean. And for someone trying to learn about another culture, you don't seem like a very open person. They have Australian fans already. -_^

Don't talk like you're the only one. You don't know how big their fanbase is.

  • You got that right and I'm one of those Australian fans!

    *sigh*

But I do wish they could come to Australia to do a concert! Especially in Perth!

  • Yeah please delete 55hoser comments

    I love Junsu's voice!~

  • just delete those stupid comments from 55hoser instead of fighting for a lost cause, clearly (s)he is enjoying all the attention that could be reserved to enjoy junsu's voice, its national anthem anyway, what to like or dislike? lol

  • junsu's voice is so... ~~ahhh~~ soothing.

  • I think he can definitely sing and has a good control of his voice. But I can't hear very well with all the screaming.

And this is the 100th comment! :)

  • oh junsu oppa make the national anthem sound so beautiful

  • Please stop coming over on this video and trolling. They don't need to sing in english, they'll never debut in America anyway. I never want DBSK to debut in a place like America. The bubblegum pop era died here anyway. Please don't tell us who to like or listen to mature music. Maybe we will grow out of it one day but until then, please leave us be. My classmates may mock me of my musical choices, but hey, I'm not following the crowd, right?

  • uh, can you be even more ethnocentric ???

(look it up yourself if you don't know what it means...)

  • I hope you do enough research to post such a comment. It's very clear that you don't even know about them.

TVXQ is Korean, they went through much difficulty in Japan. Yet, they are now fluent in Japanese, and got onto the #1 position 3 times.

btw, one of the members could speak English fluently, but this was the "KOREAN" music festival, they didn't need to sing in English.

  • No they were really famous from all their hit songs that they decided to try singing in Japan. Eversince then they have become famous all over the world! the only reason why they aren't singing in english in America is because the American entertainment business is too conservative.

  • before you go to their show/concert, please listen their songs and find out their history, though they are very young, their music is not what you call bubblegum music, please don't place any comment on the band you never heard of or know nothing

  • I know the fans shouldn't have screamed during the national anthem but try putting yourself in their shoes. DBSK rarely comes to the United States. In fact they came only twice for performances. How would you feel if your most favorite/influential idols which you usually watch through Youtube sing LIVE in front of your eyes? Excited much?

  • Fans were only expressing their happiness/surprise since none were notified that Junsu would be the one singing. & Let me remind you that this is not a DBSK concert, they don't have all the chances in the world to cheer them on.

  • " Its ok to like this kind of music now, but in a few years you'll grow out of it and think to yourself, I can't believe I listened to this crap. "

    =_= . . . doesnt this happen to EVERYBODY?!

and what exactly is "original and mature" music?

funny how you got all of that from a NATIONAL ANTHEM lmao

  • wow, you just called a national anthem crap.

    nice

[oh and by the way, DBSK actually has a very large fanbase in adults...]

  • I bet you don't know enough about TVXQ to say that they are of those boy bands....

Did you know the age of their fans range from 10's to 30's ? Plus, TVXQ does great acappella songs, and they also compose, so I wouldn't label them as a boyband.

There are songs from my mother's generation that I still listen to and like a lot, I am sure the songs of TVXQ will be the same for me.

  • yea, and in japan the range is from 5-50's, and they don't only do bubblegum pop songs. i think balloons was the last one? and that was what 2 years ago?

  • *sigh*

the person singing in this video is a member of TVXQ/DBSK. and they don't just come up with any letters, they come up with a NAME. TVXQ/DBSK is abbreviation in chinese/korean.

I don't think I need to tell you this much though...you are too self-centered anyway.

  • i don't know what did 55hoser talking about, i am a great fan of TVXQ aged over 40's, i just admire their great voice and harmony, they give us good music and i enjoy their live concerts much, it's not a rule that young boys can't sing well and they really try very hard, deserve for all the success and fame

  • 13 year olds grow out of this music?? O.o deary this isn't any mainstream pop music. It's the national anthem. Get your facts straight before insulting the national anthem.

  • 85,111 viewers in 3 days. Impressive. Despite the cheering and screaming, his voice still stands out. It's so clear and beautiful and he has great voice control.

  • love his voice junsu is the coolest

  • JUNSUUU!!!! i love his voice!! its soo soft and pretty!!!

  • oh moi gawd!!! i wannted to go~~~!!TOT

  • his voice is not weak at all! Go to watch another performances!!!

  • you cant hear his voice clearly because of the screams and poor audio quality dumbass! go watch other fancams

  • is the download available? (full video of KMF 2008)

  • I WAS THERE!! :D

  • welps one of my cousin she was there. she on friday then i think saturday or sunday she went to the concert something like that... i wish i could go!!!! i am but in june :(

  • OMGG its on most viewed videos..woww. Junsu!! why does his voice have to be soooo amazing? =]

  • it's a "he".....

and no one cares if the auzzie anthem is better.... that's just your opinion.

  • hahahah....XD !!!

I guess Junsu's voice is just too beautiful that he got mistaken as a "she"...XD

  • She........ *falls off chair*

    LMAO?!?!?! xDDD!!!

Junsu's voice is too unique xD~

    Btw, no one asked if the Australian anthem sounds better... =____=;;

  • lol!

  • He has a very feminine voice, I'm sure a lot of people make this mistake.

  • they're cheering because HE's a member of a really popular korean group acronym DBSK. they are in Guinness world records for having the most fans and fanclubs in the world.

  • You do now...XD !

They concentrate their activity in Asia, so I think it's already impressive that they have fans in American and Europe...^__^

  • 55hoser knows all. if he(she?) has not heard of something, they can't be that important.

    DUH

he (she) is all that matters in the world

    that is all

  • it doesn't matter if they have the most fans. it doesn't matter how popular DBSK is.

cassiopeia still should have kept silence during the anthem.

  • 55hoser:

I just want to say, if I were an Australian, I would be very ashamed of you, that you are Australian.

    =_=

although i'm korean, i don't force you and i don't beg you to like the korean anthem and i do not thank you for being interested in the korean culture. of course i love people who like my country's culture, but if you want to show your interest that way, than i say no thank you.

  • i was wondering, what seats did you have?

  • Ah, I loved it when he sang, but everyone was screaming like crazy. o_o

  • DAE HAN MIN GUK! clap clap clapclap clap!!! DAE HAN MIN GUK!
