That's not even pedal half way to the floor. It's properly warmed up at least, so you don't get that volkswagen burble you hear when they've barely started it.

But he's babying the shit out of it. Notice he shifted at barely 20, the revs hardly hit half their potential. That's city driving there, he's not pushing it even a little.
