She needs to analyze less & just enjoy the moment!

This is the one episode that I'm not a big fan of Bailey's. He's not even pretending to care about how much this is hurting Will. Will has always been like an amazing friend to Bailey, but Bailey tends to parade around like he's a better person than Will, and yet how soon is he to forget the hell he put everyone and himself through third season? How soon is he to forget that he's the recovering alcoholic?
