  • The piercing, beautiful tone from 1:44 - 1:52 just shot a beam of light through my soul. What an amazing and emotional violinist. This interpretation would be tough to beat in my opinion. Such passion.

  • i remember someone telling me that that's to stop the pizzacato sound so it doesn't sound like a big ring of notes

  • Barati. Never fails to satisfy, at least for me. I mean, some of the variations here feel a little rushed to me, but really only just a very little. Other than that it's fantastic and I'd take it any day.
