Practice your major/minor shapes, the solo was a bit choppy and the harmonic after the first chorus sounded a bit high. The bass sounds flawless and the rhythm sections are good too! Keep at it.

My finger style at this time also involved never letting the string hit the neck besides where my left hand was, that warm, clean sound. But I prefer not to use four fingers. 3 sometimes, but usually 2. I can thrash around more like that haha. I still play some pick if the sound is needed, but I like fingers more =)

@ptcool121 not really, there are not many people in the world who specialise in bass as an instrument, bass is extremely easy to play in a band and ussually the least talented member plays it. so he would only be multi talented if he played another instrument like drums or piano which im sure he does looking at his hair and commitment to music.

@MadJack122 First off, yes, I do play clarinet, saxophone, drums (now), guitar and bass. But I don't necessarily agree that bass is the easiest instrument in a band. Maybe in Three Days Grace or My Chemical Romance, yeah, they make some easy as shit parts. But most of what I tend to play, and the bass lines I write for my own songs, and especially the bass part in this song the way I played it in standard, the bass only comes behind the guitar solos in difficulty, sometimes not even that.

The only reason I don't like changing my strings' tunings is because of the bridge adjustments that you have to make with the fat strings for the slightest of changes

I'm a bass player, so i'll be a son-of-a-bitch and throw some advice your way about your style. I noticed that when you're fretting certain notes you tend to severely angle your wrist. Try to keep that under control because it can lead to CTR (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome) and nobody playing a bass OR guitar needs that.
