Lol, it's not Aya Hirano, she can't sing nearly as good. It is Mika Arisaka. She's Japanese-American, and as a result fluent in English, that's why she sounds so natural singing this. If it was Hirano you'd hear some Engrish, I can pretty much guarantee that.
