  • I'm 17. I was diagnosed with chronic tendinitis 4 days ago. My right shoulder hurts, A LOT since I was 15. The pain was so intense I didn't use my right arm for 4-5 months. After the pain subsided I started playing basketball again. I could feel the pain but I always stretched and warmed up before I did anything so after 3 months I started activities again pain was completely gone. I started muay thai, helped a lot. I was inactive for 4 months, I started exercising again and my shoulder hurts...

  • @TheEpicFailMan I just don't feel like getting through that again!

Pain unbearable... I reached a point I was crying at night cause I felt "that's it, my life is over!" and even when the pain was gone every single day I feared "what if it'll returns?" My friends tease me cuz I'm the one that always have a problem.. whiplash, broken hand, knee pain neck pain even testicular pain!! I'm really frustrated.. I don't know what to do to completely heal it...

  • Isnt this a little bit contraidictory? This is essentially a posterior sublaxition is it not, and therefore this may stretch the GH capsule and pose an increased risk of dislocation.. ??

  • No, it is not. The joint is always maintained within a normal, painfree range of motion. The joint is never subluxed or dislocated.
