Great Review! One piece of information that I believe is in error is that when you plug servo wire into the receiver "backwards" it does NOT reverse the servos. On any of my Spektrum and Hitec equipment that I've used over the years when that happens, the servos just don't work at all. I guess it could be that particular radio/receiver does that???
nice video. its nice to see these build videos put up by actual users of the products rather than just the employees.
oh and for the record, the knob on the controller is to adjust the maximum travel of the servos, in effect changing their sensitivity. It is a very nice thing to have, unfortunatly it seems that it adjusts all of the servos at the same time. too bad you aren't able to pick and choose which ones that you wanted to change, but still a nice featuere.
Nice job on vid jeff, only a few things to point out. 1) reversing the way u plug the servo leads into rcvr will NOT reverse the direction of travel of the servo. 2) dont glue anything together until you have checked all your electronics for proper operation. 3) and this is not on you Jeff, no edf is gonna get 10-15 mins on a 2200mah lipo, unless its gliding 2/3 of the time. Try 5 mins first then see how much it takes to recharge lipo.... DJ
@blacklightning98 Hi Blacklightning98, because it is a hobby toy, it is up to you what you want to use on your parts. Our technicians usually use the Eproxy glue to put together our parts. That can also be purchased for a few dollars on our website at nitroplanes . com
@blacklightning98 Hot glue is great, but if u live in a warm climate it has the tendency to get soft when it heats up, as stated by nitroplanes I would definately suggest using epoxy to glue on stabs and hot glue to do landing gear cuz u will be removing it work on often....happy building and fly... DJ
@nitroplanes YW man just tryn to help out a fellow rc'r as much as i can :) and as always like tonys honesty on his reviews too... also meant to let all know we have started a build/upgrade discussion thread on rcg for this nice A-10 ...just go to rc groups and lookup dynam/nitroplanes 65mm A-10, would love your contributions there also Jeff...happy flyn all.... DJ
@mrbuki77 Thank you for your inquiry, MrBuki77! The duration on flight time is about 10-15 minutes depending on how you control your plane. Hope the information helps. Feel free to check out our forum at RCDISCUSS . com for further assistance!
I've seen a few people comment on the engines blowing opposite directions out of the box. make sure you check that and adjust the wiring before attaching the engine assembly to the fuselage or you may regret it later.
@startazz Thank you startazz !! Nitroplanes and myself appreciate the kind people out there who help keep this Hobby enjoyable. I knew I would get bashed just for being a new face . I overlook the bad comments ( when I Can) and keep doing what I love most, helping others !!
No Offense to this guy doing the build, but where is RCREDBARON? I loved his Build and Review Videos! It was because of RCRB's videos that myself and the local flying club here in N. Carolina bought so many NitroPlanes airplanes!!! Is he not doing them anymore for you? Bring him back!
@SkyFlyerRC Gee thanks ! LOL NO offense taken. I know I am not as cool as The RC Red Baron or Tony, but I love what I do and I come back to these videos and answer every single question about the plane anyone has.
@Jefferydonkeith : Hey Jeff, I wasnt knocking you at all! I think it's great you got the chance to do a vid for Nitroplanes. I was asking Nitroplanes what happened to the others. Seems like they stopped doing private reviewers and builders and started doing their own. You did a great job, so please do not take it I was saying you didnt do a good job or that anyone else was better. Keep on doing your thing bud! Nitroplanes needs to keep these outside reviews coming!
@SkyFlyerRC Hey SkyFlyerRC, thank you for your comment! We are always working towards meeting all of our viewer's different preferences in videos. We are launching many new videos real soon, be sure to check it out! For more reviews on our products, feel free to visit our forum at RCDISCUSS . com.
@thechoosendude <<Thanks man! It seems that most of the jets eventually come available as ARFS and kits/ airframes. I am looking for a couple myself as Kits, so lets keep our fingers crossed.
Yeah, hopefully they'll end up making them. I know Dynam hasn't offered any kit-only products before, so I'm not sure there's good chances. I hope NitroPlanes asks them too!!!!
Hey Jeffery, how long does your battery last? I'm kind of hesitant that this thing has two 40A ESC's and only a 2200mah LiPo. In my other EDF's, I can only get around three minutes with a single 40A ESC and 2200mah LiPo... let alone the fact this thing has two 40A ESCs.
@thechoosendude << I have no idea on run time. I have like 10 hobbies and have been busy , but I can test it today and see how long she runs on those twin ESC's for you. IN fact I am very curious myself. I will charge the lipo on a " smart plus" balance charger first.
makes me want to fire up DCS:A-10c and fly that

"Before I test the engines I want to glue up the vertical stabilizers."
If you glue the stabilizers then you can't return the plane if the electronics don't work!
Good video... I'm excited for this plane. Waiting to see some fly video before thinking of buying one.
I would definitely buy one if you guys sold a kit-only version!!!!

Thanks, let us know!
I know Dynam actually over-rates the power on their ESC's, at least on the two Dynams I have, so I'm sure the draw really isn't really 40A.
