ellie pls put more excercises....i mean u have nose , pucker up, and eye brow lift , lower lid ...but put more pls..and also answer me pls...i did carol maggio cheek developer and now my cheeks are sagging...i have stopped all and only doing ur pucker up..

Are you using your smile muscles? As you are pushing out with your lips remember to keep lips going outwart as you flex upward the apple part of your cheek to smile.. squeese the outer corner of your lips upward also.Two actions at once...WORK! "pucker up" as you smile! Let me know....:-)

I love your pucker up routine! I incorporated it into my other facial exercises and it is my favorite because I really feel the burn! Also, I think you advice about the eyebrows is right on. Thanks so much you are beautiful inside and out!

Thank you! I started when I was in my late 20's ...It's like working out, you can build those muscles in your face just like anywhere in your body.If you stop for awhile you can still get those muscles back in shape...Have you been doing my exercises?
