Juarez is a third world city.Hotels scarce and expensive. Since the Passport became a necessity to cross border tourism declined. In El Paso they say stay away from border at night. Juarez no longer a fun place for teenagers to drink. Was a jail riot in Juarez many died army took over policing that poor city.
