In fact, after the cop had their IDs they should have just invoked their right to remain silent and that they wouldn't speak to the officer without their attorney present. Your claim regarding the Fed is completely false. Article 1 Section 8 grants Congress the power to coin and control the value of money, however it doesn't give Congress the power to give the right to anybody else.
There is the Miller Test for some exclusions to free speech, however it violates the void for vagueness and is therefore null. And the Miller Test law is unconstitutional.

@Poonard ; they had to give their identifications once the cop found them in violation. They didn't have to give their phone numbers or answer any of the cop's probing questions. In fact, after the cop had their IDs they should have just invoked their right to remain silent and that they wouldn't speak to the officer without their attorney present. Anything else the cop wanted to know...if they had warrants,etc.... he could have looked up himself in the database.

Your claim regarding the Fed is completely false. Article 1 Section 8 grants Congress the power to coin and control the value of money, however it doesn't give Congress the power to give the right to anybody else.
There is the Miller Test for some exclusions to free speech, however it violates the void for vagueness and is therefore null. And the Miller Test law is unconstitutional.
