Actually,to make a simpler version you need a plier that can cut,and you just cut the lower part of the pen.Do not extend the spring.Out it in between the two plastic things as shown in this video.Put the lower part of the pen back in place.Then use the ink thing to stuck it in place.Load a small 'bullet' and thats all.
