This video illustrates one reason why some people want dogs. You can have a miserable day but you come home and they look up at you like you're the greatest person in the world.
hello~ mm...it's depends on what your puppy to be. .i used have two labs, they are very active, whereas now my goldies is quite quiet. haha..when comes to grooming, you have to put in more times for goldies, and keep cleaning up goldies's hair in summer~~Phoebe is a pure breed golden, her dad is champion dog, so her health and attitude is much better than my previous labs, and i spent less time to teach her, she learns fast. however, this is just my case.
@ichorvic i find that labs shed a lot more then goldens. my golden has a medium length coat and her fur seems to shed here and there, but a lot of people in my area have labs and if you pet them, you immediate get hair all over. however both are loving breeds and have great personalities so its really hard to say whats better. for people with allergies like myself, i'd say go with a golden lol.
I have been doing the same thing with my golden pup since the day (after) she came home. I got the idea from a friend who has 2 labs and was THOROUGHLY impressed when I saw it. They explained it was simple to teach (and that they did not want their dogs pawing them for the food). It took exactly ONE meal for my Stormy to learn to sit and wait patiently for her meals. What a pleasure ot haev a well behaved puppy! Good job getting it on video!
It is fun to teach puppy, and after all you get what you earn~:)what you have to pay is just patient..i had visited Stormy's videos, she is so lovely and amazing!! and thanks for your comment.
She is now 5 month-old. This video was taken when she was two month-old. We taught her little by little when she was young. It is the best time to teach puppy when she first come to your house, the sooner the best.:)..Thanks for the comment.
Really nice vid mine has learnt to sit in 7 days but have some difficulties to learn other ordrers, mnaybe should I be patient?
