It is highly improbable that alien physiology, even cell structure would be similar to ours. And yet, in this video this "Vrillon" character speaks in a voice almost identical to humans, in one of our languages and with perfect phrasing and sentence structure. I find the odds that they would have evolved this similarly to us to be unrealistic.

There was no financial help when Billy was building FIGU and the SSSC. Everything that Billy or Michael has achieved was through hard-work. No outside help, so things came out of their own pocket. There are no other Contact Case in the truest sense like Billy's. That is ongoing, with tons of relevant info. Billy proved his Case.
