  • The bass player is one of the most respected and skillful bassists in the music world. Much sought after as a session man with years of experience with Moving Hearts and various bands. Did a stint as musical director for Riverdance and was in the original band line-up.

He enjoys himself on stage, so what..

  • The guy is a legend. A boro lad as well. Great stuff lilybee. PS the bass player is a tosser, and a poser. Go Chris and up the boro...............

  • Absolutey fantastic, what a great memory from so long ago (god I'm feeling old), I remember this from 1986, pity he only played 2 tracks at this event, a great performer who I have always admired, thank you for posting this !!!

  • I see, thank you for your reply Lillybee.

  • I saw the tail end of this concert on Irish TV about 12 years ago. He also played his track "Steel River". What were the other tracks that he had played at this particular concert in 86?? Do you have them?? Thank you Lillybee for this posting.

  • Those 2 are the only songs he played on that concert.

  • i haven't seen this performance since the day of the concert- what a brilliant video to post! Thank you Lilybee for this- how do you manage to do it?! Chris has appeared a few times on famous Irish TV show "The Late Late Show"- i would really love to see the time he performed Josephine all those years ago!
