I can't really see the comparison, except for 1950's sound. Bundervoet is a very superior Bach player; a perfectly regulated technique, masculine, driving, a lean well delineated sound and a sophisticated sense of style. She has enormous authority and power in her Bach-Busoni Chaconne, by the way. It might be the best performance of that piece I've heard. Her Toccata in D is nearly a match for Samuel Feinberg.
