Mad video Chris, nice to see another RL in NZ. Do you know of many councils that provide this type of manual service... I haven't seen anything like this without bins in ages! Although it takes two guys per rear loader thats still one of the most efficient methods of collection. I really wish my route was more like that, where people only had a few bags of trash per stop, I would blast through that in my MSL.
