I will address 1 Tim 2:11 from a theoretical and grammatical view. Paul states "But I". Let me stop there. Paul was discussing significantly his own opinion. Several women in scripture have been endowed with the prophetic gift. Ex 15:20 and Luke 2:36 to name a few. That's all I have to say.
