At the ending there were reports of tremors happening under tokyo. Aftercredits scene shows a building shaking and you can hear godzilla roaring.

Sounds like he was somehow blasted underground

@godzillaisnuclea123 it's not that i would hate these movies, i actually enjoyed them a lot when i was about 10 or so, but seriously, there are many scene that are completely ridiculous. for example this one.
