George never had to be nice to her, acting or not acting, but he was, and being that it was for Zoes sake that's a kind thing to do.

It's a really long winded story to be honest. But it's explained in the info part for my uploaded video 'When George met Zoe...twice!' so if you go there it explains how it all started. However that was so long ago now, but its from that point that George and Zoe met, and since then he's got to know her. Ultimately Zoe's just a fan, but she just happens to be lucky in that shes a fan who George now sees a lot and he's always very kind towards her and makes time for her, which I appreciate :)
