I beg to differ with her comment " can't create clouds out of nothing" pure b.s. You should see the size of the chemclouds here after a massive assault of aerosol spraying jets. Totally clear summer day, not a cloud in the sky and then jet after jet spraying aerosols. Five hours later an area of over 600 sq miles was completely covered in fake clouds (chemclouds)
"can't form clouds out of nothing".... Not really true, since warm air holds more water than cold air, silver iodine can "rip out" the water out of seemingly empty air and create clouds

@TheFelixxRevolution Cloud seeding can be done with other things like salt and not just with silver iodide but it is the most effective.
