Thanks for Hooping Jeremy! You may find it more comfortable to push side to side while you feet are parallel or have one foot in front(be sure to switch legs periodically) when pushing front to back. Lookin good!!

Make sure to tell your clients to hoop in both directions to balance the muscles on either side of the spine.
