@OxidationShed Umm go back and read the lyrics for most of the songs on Grey Britain.. They repeat over and over and over. Most of the songs on that album have about 4 unique lines a basic chorus and then back to the same 4 lines again. It's Gallows style and has been since they formed.

i understand both sides of the argument but for me the band is frank and lags, they started the band and they should have finished it. i love wade but hes not gallows, franks southern accent made the vocals and bringing in a Canadian (as awesome as he may be) doesn't. cut it for me. which makes me sad :( just hope the new stuff grows on me. i would have liked to see frank and steph's other brother do vocals.

There were bands who survived the vocal change simply cause the vocals had an understanding of what the band was all about. Judging by this song (and True Colors, tho those were some catchy riffs I must admit ) Wade has no idea what Frank was singing all-about. That's why I said that they should change their name, not quit. They are good at what they're doing, but they are not the UK beasts we all knew.

But I always found Gallows to be a concept-band, since they released a concept album (i.e. Grey Britain), so this change wouldn't quite get to the core of it. Black Flag, however, had vocal changes and yet managed to be one of my favorite bands.
