Itskoota i would recommend upgrading to a T56 6 speed manual mate... the T5's are s..t boxes and will blow out or become difficult to use very easy mate... at least strengthen it before trying to attempt dumping more than 250Rwkw's on it

as if myn is pushin 335rwk and no problems wif the 5 speed. T56 is good but very deer in terms of if sumfin goes wrong there goes 4gs

not really mate, if you research it you will find that they are weaker and have a higher failure rate than the standard 4 speed auto gearboxes

Well thats good for you then isn't it.

But my point is that they are not a suitalbe gearbox for powerful applications because they are known to fail when loaded over 300rwkw.

13psi is no indicator of force on you gearbox, its the power from your engine that will be the final factor

@kombikevo dont know where u pulled that from. failure rate for t56 is slim to nil on a street car. in fact. 600hp vy commodore drift car i drive has stock t56. hasnt missed a beat in several years. try putting 600hp through the 4sp and see if it lasts 10mins.
