@hamsterspown So, you still can do it at a parapet. Even if it's concrete - it doesn't really matter.

I always have landing problem

Can you suggest some better exercises for better landing..

@Shaonmichal For me it was just a lot of practice. You always should remember to keep apart your legs in a moment of flip. Also you shouldn't lean your head back when you're doing front flip.

I can give you an advice to try to catch a place of your landing by your eyes before you land a flip - it's very powerful thing, you should keep it in mind.

If you're jumping from some height you should jump higher, do a flip, ungroup, see the place of landing and just land it.

@shel106 to jump higher: just throw your arms up (and ahead a little) and jump at the same time, wait for a some height (see the video), and theeeeen group and do a flip.

Почему нет? Паркур это не только ваулты, на мой взгляд.

Во-вторых — все равно все будут учиться делать сальто, как ни крути, но 90% пробует их делать. И лучше постараться уберечь их от травм.
