  • i have a tattoo that says TCOB...

  • The saxophone ruin it for me.Don't get me wrong,I love Chicago and other horn bands but there was no sax on the record why have live?

  • Can't wait to see them in september

  • Reminds me of Rayon shirts, Ford Econoline vans, Mood Rings and sacks of Columbian weed!

  • I like the alternative bluesy intro.

  • THEY STILL KICK ASS!!!!

  • Who actually disliked this?? What a bunch of flakes

  • Do you think BTO owns like 1/2 of all the Office Depots around the world or what?

  • The GUESS WHO ,Burton Cummings, etc .sounds like shit without GARRY PETERSON,the best drummer in the history of rock and roll.

  • Jeez will people shut the hell up about him playing his song differently? It's artistic integrity to have fun on stage and jam out like that, look at led zeppelin, sabbath, and so many other bands. They had fun on stage! Let them go nuts and play anything the freaking want!

  • I love listening to his CBC radio show, Vinyl Tap - he's so interesting and has great stories and music!!

  • I love listening to his CBC radio show, Vinyl Tap - he's so interesting and has great stories and music!!

  • Midnight Special 1978. I taped the audio off of the TV onto my little cassette recorder. Pre VCR days. Randy had just left BTO and recorded his "Survivor" album, with a little help from BC.

  • awesome, Randy is the best

  • nice solo at the beginning

  • wow ... was NOT expecting this video to be that cool. Amazing stuff.

  • This guy is talented, no doubt. I also enjoy his radio show on CBC. Interesting guy with a wide taste in music.

  • o Dia que BTO vier ao Brasil vai ver o quanto fazem sucesso por aqui e são amados por uma geração de roqueiros anos 70 e 80. Abraços mil do fã Gilberto Siqueira.

  • Randy Bachman is back on BTO !

  • One of Canada's great R&R musical genius's. Is he being introduced by Burton Cummings?

  • wow old times loved it Wolf man at the end was a kick driven around in my mustang just wearing out that eight track listening to BTO great times

  • @ImmaGreenDuck lol... "Answer the phone, dummy..." :o)

  • yeah ! rock it !

  • @ZoneMaster4660 What did he say? This was so long ago and people were shocked at how good this dude played loud as hell. Alot of people think this is a Skinner song

  • @westerisbester not as much as your mother sir, the 70's was the golden age of music.

  • I would like to have seen a fight between Randy Bachman and Leslie West from Mountain, lol

  • He still reminds me of John C. Riley

  • I was not expecting Wolfman Jack to show up!

  • No,...actually, it's bill clinton,...when he had a life! LOL

  • Is that Tom Scott on sax? I think so.

  • A large, LDS, white dude that can rock.. I love it.

  • who cares you say bach and i say back....

  • and I say front

  • I can't stand it when Randy is referred to as "back-man" it's bach-mann a German name for Christ's sake!

  • little anal are we?

  • that's what I call real rock and rolling music!

  • Did the announcer say Randy "BACKman" ????

    Oh well, it IS Randy!

  • Did you just call Burton Cummings an announcer? lol

  • Damn! I had a senior moment. HEY, I'm entitled at my age! :) I will not be embarrassed............much.

  • According to Randy...BACKman is how it's pronounced in Europe and Canada..BOKman is how it's pronounced in the U.S....When I met him I asked him what he preferred..he said it didn't matter ..."when in Rome" he said to me.

He was great to meet in person.

  • It's his song so I guess he can play it however he wants.

  • This version is amazing. Quiet.

  • @rizzlaxl dumbass, its HIS song. He didn't butcher it, he made it, he has the artistic integrity to play it how he damn well pleases. If he wants to add a solo in the middle of the fucking verse/ chorus HE CAN!

  • @holyswordsmanoffaith what the fuck are you talking about

  • what year is that gig?

  • 1978 when Randy was promoting his "SURVIVOR" album. It's from Midnight Special.. It's a shame it wasn't included in the dvd package recently put together.. I have other things from this show posted check them out too...

  • claptonesque intro

  • good classic
