i do not feed my cat scraps or human food at all, some might think this is me being mean but i do it to prevent my cat from begging and attempting to steal food from peoples plates.

i learned this from owning dogs most of my life, also feeding high calorie treats to indoor cats only makes them obese, which is very bad for their health and very cruel in a way as cats aren't ever meant to be fat and unable to clean themselves or jump and run, i give my can pats & play not food treats.
