Why can't Expert Village be a little expert about producing videos? Other people can produce great videos in 5 minutes. It takes 3 or 4 videos for Expert Village to explain how to make a simple recipe. Wake up Expert Village and take a look how other people produce excellent videos and don't waste space on You Tube.

You right, you really need some help and if your German some beers. My father and my friends do it about twice a year. A summer sausage fest(first weekend of May, so you have sausage for summer) and a winter sausage fest(first Saturday of October so you have winter sausage) We've also noticed, that it's best to have two people in your group download a new sausage recipe from the net as well as making our classic sausage.
