I discovered your channel a few weeks ago and have been a huge fan ever since. So far I have made your carrot, cauliflower and broccoli soups which were very tasty (I finally got one of those "whizzy toys"!). I know this is probably a wacky question, but is there any way I can make this salmon en croute WITHOUT an oven - perhaps in a pan instead? I'm new to pastries so I'm not sure what kind of alternatives work. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Oh dear! In your case just add a rather large dollop at the beginning of each recipe (as you always do so readily and expertly), Ho, ho! Tis always those who claim no credit who deserve it so much. Keep cooking - made your pakora recipe for our Sun buffet tonight.

Take that cream cheese mixture w dill also add coriander(cilantro) and cottage cheese and spread over your morning English muffin or toast. Add diced hot pepper of your choice for a kick.

It looks divine and so simple! Could you do this with a couple sheets of filo pastry, or does it need to be the thicker puff sort? (I do Weight Watchers and short crust and puff pastry are a little too heavy for most dishes.)
@renilicious You can indeed! I've done it with filo dough before. You need about 3-4 layers of the filo, and you do have to be quite careful with it, but it turns out fairly delicious :)
