Its pretty amazing something that size can land on a runway with only 3500 ft! But I still beleive the C-130 will be better since it can fly of a range between 90 and 350 knots and land at a super tiny airfield.

yea but the C-130 cant lift as much as the C-17. It'd be nice if Lockheed puts out a bigger C-130 with a fusaloge length around 145 to 155ft long. Make it a bit wider, more powerful D501s, 5 to 6 blade 15 foot diameter props....man....it'd kick ass!

I saw one of these at CLE once on my way to Great Northern. Too bad I didnt get to see it take off. That plane should have a back-up alarm.lol.
