These State officials are DUTY BOUND to support not only their Constitution but to protect the people of their state from unconstitutional Federal infringement.
I don't think that the First Amendment would protect me to verbalize my thoughts.

Wait, when it comes to the FLOOR vote our good reps can vote NO to ITL and send it back for reconsideration. We are noting these traitors, mostly dirty Democrats, and will target them in the next election. They have been written to and warned. They are dedicated to WORLD GOVERNMENT and this proves it.

the "yes" vote was to ITL it, meaning: Inexpedient to Legislate - a recommendation from a committee that the bill should not become law.
