  • I remember my Mom and Dad playing this at home all the time, they played on the Radio back in the 50's around Memphis and at parties. I was born in 1949 and can remember every word of this song from when I was little.

  • REAL country

  • This IS good country alright. Today's country is lousy.

  • Nobody can sing and play like this man. Felton hudson

  • Why not check out rory gallaghers version of this classic ~ recommended!

  • @navaho56 I can't believe someone else knows Rory... Have you listened to Rory's Band Taste...? That was my favorite lineup and Rory's songwriting and playing is deadly. I have the Taste "On The Boards" and Rory's "Against The Grain" albums, that's right I said it "Albums"... anyway great to see someone with some real Taste on this site. Check out John Kay';s (Steppin Wolf) version of I'm Movin On... he rocks it up proper. I think it's on John's solo album "Lone Wolf".

  • Man this was goooood country music back when the Opry was worth listening to.

  • @nettles9617 your telling me it was good country.

  • This is my fave version with the two fiddles.
