Originally.. about letting go of the past and forgiving yourself for mistakes. Starting new.

The video.. along the same lines but less personal. More of a global perspective. They're trying to say that you can 'forget' all the wrong that has been done (all the famine, war, etc) and everyone can do something by starting again.
