When i put the MTS file to the pc it will not play good. But then i made it to an .mp4 in sony vegas and it went a little better. But what did you do?

I use sony vegas as well, changed it to a wm9 file, actually looked at a tut on youtube, how to get HD videos on youtube, or something like that.

I dunno the name, sorta like the matrix, lot of poppers do it.

Im not that good at footwork yet, just tips that you should keep in mind doing footwork -

stay on the balls of your feet and if you can, break on your fingertips, gives you more clearance so you can footwork quickly.

Keep hands close to the body too.

It would be about a year now, but I did do it years ago for a few months. This is the first time rockin to these beats though, recently got them.

I mainly just did foundation and basic freezes to start, just let power come when a move turned out alright, oh and a lot of handstands.

haha, it's all about the shoes, they are Nike Fly motion Cortez's unfortunately they were hard to get hold of in black and white so I had to get black and yellow.

Very lightweight, flexible, breathability, however I scuffed the side up doing flares, other than that they are very comfortable.
