You have to sign in with an account that has the achivements that will be use to transfer over to the account that doesnt have them. Once you have an account with all of the achivements. you can sign in and go to "menue" once there go to continue game while loading you have to quickly sign out and sign in to the account you want to glitch the achivements to. This will instantly transfer what ever you have done to the other account.

Hopes this explains how it works =D

Basically what this does is loads your game with lots of achievements, when its loading sign out and go into one with lesser, and it will unlock all of the beat the gangs and beat the activity achievements. anything that's on the save file. You can do this INFINITE times.
