awesome showcase, id like to see this someday, Yuji and Tak kick ass, im actually surprised Donnie Yen doesnt use Tak the way he used Yuji in his team. after all yuji's work on DMC3 was nuts and the work DY did in Princess Blade was in turn..the same. a brilliant talented bunch of badasses lol i love it
I'm not exactly sure, honestly. I would suspect that it's some kind of kickboxing hybrid. I know that Sakaguchi favors Chinese martial arts, such as Bjíquán, for the way they develop lower body strength. I'm not an expert, however. Sorry!
It's actually an independent film--made a couple years before Versus, I believe. It didn't have a wide release in Japan, and (as far as I know) has never been shown outside of Japan.
this project seems like cancelled. which is a shame. all the hard work for nothing. id definitely buy and watch this.
