  • "You can use it as a tool... or a knife for cutting things."

  • Steel snobbery. People won't pay $160 for S30V but they'll pay $300 for INFI.

  • i just bought this knive, i cant wait for it to arrive!

  • stop outsourcing!!!!!!!!

  • This knife is a serious tool well worth the money. Steel is the most important consideration by far to me in a cutting tool / fine quality weapon. S30V holds edge exceptionally combined with great toughness. Construction is very solid & comfortable, sheath is tactical excellence. I use this knife to cut, period, it stays sharp a long time. I bring cheap knives w lesser steel for other uses. This one gives you the edge that can save your life. Cheap, for what you get for the money.

  • I thought Yari was the name of a Japanese spear. 0.o

  • yea i would never pay 160 for a knife no matter how good it was

  • beautiful weapons

  • If I hadnt just picked up the Ka-Bar Tanto I may have looked into this knife.

    Great quality on the video.

    5/5

  • @ 05MagnumSXT

    Thanks

  • great vid. i was liking the knife up until she said the price.

oh, and i just learned about this channel to, i was subscribed to the gunwebsites channel and in one of your recent videos mentioned this one, so thought i would check it out.

great vids. hope you keep them coming.

  • @ RaptorBandit

    Cool, thanks

Always lots more vids on the way

  • $160! I really must be missin' something!

  • @BroPaul It's because it is S30V, usually very expensive.

  • I want to see gerber make some knives in 1095. I dont see how it would sky rocket the knife prices as long as they stay with plastic handles and what not. A gerber prodigy in 1095 would make me sooo happy!

  • Not a bad fighting knife. Might need to check out the tanto.

  • NIce short review.

  • Notice how she is up front with the S30V but Gerber tends to be shady with their regular steels. It's a nice knife but after the mystery steel dilemma I've been fighting when it comes to buying Gerber knives I'm not sure I take Gerber's word that it's S30V. Be more up front everyday and I'll be more receptive to your efforts. Right now I'm just unsure of Gerber's steels after all the foggy representation of the steel in their knives.

  • @rooftopeagle. I agree that they need to name thier steel BUT i own many gerber knives and multi tools and i have to say that they are by far the best with customer service. I have a gerber multi 600 and i bent the wire cutters and gerber sent me a whole new head assembly with upgraded carbide cutters and springs and locks and a new sheath all for free! I would def that thier word its S30V. Why would they lie?

  • Totally with you on all points. I've used some Gerber tools with "mystery steel" and have always found it to be way to soft for my liking.
