Yes like crazy. We subcontract out perimeter security to Ugandan and Kenyan ex-military guys. They work for $500-$1000 a month which is a fortune for them. They wait on the list for years to do it. When we had US security, we were paying $10,000 a month or more. The African dudes are really cool to talk with. A lot of the bases in Iraq use them and they are killing machines. If you served in the Military in Uganda or Kenya, you probably hacked some dudes up! @Kazuko20
