@BarrelofSnakes at least try to make simple changes that can help until you are in a position to make more advanced and beneficial changes. Change ur white pasta to brown (wholewheat) pasta, same for ur bread, rice and flour. This may cost a few cent more but you got hte net, see where u can get the best deal on these foods for ur $. Also, drink 3 glasses upon waking up... it re-hydrates u as u lose alot of water when sleeping, gets ur bowels moving (which is vital 4 good health!) and leaves u..

Grocery stalls for deals on fruit n veg, U b surprised @ some of the deals u find compared to Walmart! Got a garden/balcony, c if u can plant some veg/herbs; seeds r cheap! Drink at least 2 liters per day, eat bananas for snacks.. google 'healthy on budget' or something! If there's a WILL there's a Way!

KRS-ONE did him a favor, and by him putting out MORE than what was already openly given, that can be seen as disrespectful. that's just where i come from. "Hey, look! even KRS-ONE is looking to me for help!" maybe it's okay, but he didn't need to go there. it was already enough.

@coda4life it was not my intention to condescend to you. i thought you were the author of the video at first. apparently not. but if you're from the hood, then you know EXACTLY what i'm talking about. whatever your opinion is of that mindset within inner city black communities, it's there, nonetheless. i still expect certain courtesies that stem from my background.
he took license to air THE PRIVATE business between the two of them; i'm just saying that it MIGHT not be appreciated. that's all.

I've been following KRS One since I was a teenager. the one jam that stuck out was the "BEEF" jam. Not beef between east coast and west coast, but the real beef that everyone thinks its good for us. Check it on youtube. Beef, what a relief, when will this poisonous product cease.
