  • @pontiacblk Completely normal, just a side effect of juice fasting. Combination of the toxins in your body reacting and withdrawal symptoms from other stuff. It will go away in a few days....

I bet the Nintendo Wii is really freaking out now, probably thinking about having a chat with one of your relatives or something :) Congratulations for handling the cravings so well. I'm on day 22 and have lost exactly 22 lbs. Feeling great, but unfortunately my fast is coming to an end on Friday. Cheers!

  • Great Job!!! I watch your videos and they help me too. I weighed in today for my 6th day on my juice fast and I lost 8.4pounds. yay. Do you have any suggestions for fruits and vegetables that help with bowel movements? thanks and keep up the great work.

  • @luvchild78 Glad my videos are helping you. congratulations on your weight loss, you are off to a flying start. Regarding fruits and vegies for bowel movements, I found early on I was not going every day but then it changed to everyday after a week or so and mostly that is the case now. I think just keep at it. Some people take a fibre supplement to help them in this regard, but I do not have any information on which one.

  • I just wrapped up my 20th day and I've totally been dealing with the "eating out with friends" thing as well. It does feel great to come to the crossroads and stick to your commitment!

  • @weskandel interesting isn't it, you feel sort of weird just sitting there with nothing to do (because usually you are eating). But man the benefits are totally worth it! Thanks for commenting!!

  • no dont stop now. its funny you mention about going out to eat with relatives and maybe thinking it was time to end the fast. i got that same feeling when i went out with some friends today. but i know my hard work will pay off so lets not stop.

  • I feel clear minded when I've eaten nothing but raw fruits, greens and veggies for a few days and this seems to be the consensus. Curious if you have noticed a change in the clarity of your mind? You seem pretty sharp right now.

  • @angelbe88 Thanks for dropping by, yes I feel a lot more "switched on" these days and clear minded. So thats a good thing. Glad you feel it as well. I've no doubt the cloudy lack of focus type thinking is a result of all the processed foods and sugar, etc they add to fast food and the like!

    Thnxs for your response. It's amazing how the mind becomes much sharper with the right nutrients. Processed foods are a downer. Who wants to feel that way The truth is you don't know until you experience the other side of what life can be like feeling totally coherent and aware. People just have to experience it for themselves.

  • @angelbe88 You are so correct. And yes processed foods are a downer, and such a negative thing to put into your body. You know what I totally agree I thought my state was ok when I was eating processed food but now I know truly how good you are meant to feel. I have no plans of going back to my old eating habits, and have lost enough weight now for people to realize this is something that works and is no fad. They just have to experience it for themselves as you say!
