Tim Hill was the Oklahoma State Overseer when I first met this man, I have never regreted one time in these years of being in Churches where he has preached. If you hear him and your soul is not stired then your spoon is out of your bowl. If you don't get something out of it, Could be you don't have anything to put it in, Praise God!!!! @drwycw Our constitution is not a secular document. It is based on the Bible. And what our founding fathers wanted was to keep government out of the church, not God out of the government. We have it all backwards. This man is not a fanatic. He is an anointed preacher of the gospel.

I remember this campmeeting! Those are my drums in the background! I played myself to the point of exaustion that week. But man what a move of God we had! This was back when campmeeting was still fun to go to. It needs to get back to this. Our church services need to be more like this. We need some old fashioned preaching, and an old fashioned move of God!

i am a cog (church of god) minister. My dad has been a cog pastor for over 35 years. Outside of my dad, bishop hill is the best preacher in the world today. His anointing and insight into the word of God is amazing.

I've heard Tim preach for years and he is one of the greatest preachers in the last one hundred years. He has also written some of the greatest songs like He's still in the fire, When life is at it's worse God is at His best, I just came back to cry holy and more....

Be careful, I have been in the Church most of my life, and never heard of this man. This is traditional pentecostal preaching. Jesus taught not preached. I graduated from Lee in Cleveland, and I noticed that you folk worship man too much. What is the difference between how COG worship man and how Catholics worship man, NONE!? Fix your eye on Jesus, and you will NEVER need to praise flesh. Being loud is not spiritual. He is an excellent orator, but keep things in perspective.

AND I'm not praising flesh. There is nothing wrong with saying someone has talent or that they are a good preacher. Don't be a stick in the mud.

Brother Hill has faults and failures like anyone else, no one is trying to exalt him. I teach, but there is nothing wrong with preaching. Do you think John the Baptist whispered, "REPENT!

Please do not take things out of context. You know exactly what I am talking about. I know the bible speaks of giving honor to whom honor is due. You are not the only one who knows this. My response to what was said will stand as is, and I will not be intimidated by you. Even if John the Baptist screamed it, I am not following the teachings of John the Baptist. There is absolutely too much man worship in the COP. I WAS AROUND THE BIGGEST NAME IN THE CHURCH FOR YEARS!

How did 5,000 people hear Jesus if He was talking quiently? Next point--no one in the COG that I know "Worships" Tim Hill, or any other human. If you attended Lee College you "know" that, and should be careful making general accusations that are simply not true.

The fact you think I should worship him on some level because I attended Lee is ludicrous! There is far too much flesh or man worship in the COG. Until man raise someone from the dead or walk on water, I will keep to Jesus. Take your own advise and stop generalizing!! Not everyone feels the way you do and will not change his/her stand to please you or anyone else. This pastor is a good man; he is not the problem. Be thankful for man,but praise Jesus and he alone.

We probablly need to agree to disagree and call it quits. Rod Parsley and Tim Hill sound equally. Both are good men, and I thank God for his presence in their lives.
