@Lewisffitch whatever tarantula you get next, DONT use the soil in gardens. It dries to dust and is (might be) contaminated with fertilizres and pesticides and use what i use... coco fiber potting soil
@RaDiUx44 Sorry I thumbs you down. I thought you said they ARE stupid. SSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOO SSSSSSSSSOOOOORRRRRYYY. Stupid youtube wont let me thumbs back up. PLEASE FORGIVE ME
dont listen to him rose hair tarantulas come from an area with NO rainfall, they like the soil dry as you can get it. all you need is a hide and water dish and ventilation. just overfill the water dish a little bit thats all they need.
never get a heat mat, just in the winter dont open too many windowsand keep your room normal temperature and you should be fine. Use whatever kind of soil, doesn't really matter. :)

Nice Video, before I had my 'Nursery Web Spiders' ( two of them. ) I never new I had two give them water, although the good thing is, is that Nursery Web Spiders are also known as 'Water Spiders'. Butt nice Video anyway, some good advice. You are lucky to have a 'Pet Tarantula'. Good Luck with your Pet Spider, make sure you give it plenty of mice. Hahahaha.
