My intention with this video was to show just how unproductive this debate has gotten. We need to have a real conversation about how we can realistically extend coverage to the 40-some million americans who don't have it, protect those who do have insurance from being denied coverage or losing it all together, and help fight the rising costs for all of us.
actually, about half the antis I talked to were interested in genuine dialogue and some of them admitted 1) that some of the talking points being put out against health care reform were not true (e.g., "death panels") and 2) that they agreed that some changes were needed. We need to talk to more people on a one to one basis (not like this).
I agree! I consider myself a liberal democrat and I am absolutely for healthcare reform. But that doesn't mean that I am not concerned about the deficit or about what a practical application of a health plan would mean for the average American taxpayer.
Let's all move in from the fringes and have an honest dialogue!

I can't stand the union actions...they are such sheep...doing what their union bosses tell them to do...lacking the confidence that they could get a job and make a living wage on their own. I will be avoiding union made stuff whenever possible.
