Would it matter if my previous firmware was actually 3.01?

iha8sn0w is only for firmware 3.1 so if your going to use the custom firmware i made then you should have no problems if you are currently on firmware 3.0.

I've got an iphone 3g locked on at&t but i want to use t-mobile, i jailbroke on 3.0 then i upgraded to 3.1 then lost everything my phone wouldn't switch back on, i've downgraded back to 3.0 and restored, if i download the 3.1 custom software in your sidebar will the phone still be unlocked and jailbroken just on the 3.1 firmware or am i best leaving it on 3.0 incase i lock it again?

well the reason the video is cut is because the bar took sooo long to fill up so if its taking a while just put your iphone back into dfu mode and then re-restore it with the custom firmware that you used.

this download worked for me, but it will not let me download winterboard like on my 3.0 jailbreak. did i maybe do something wrong? everytime i try to download winterboard i type that into search on cydia but it is not found. and if i try to download anything made with winterboard it says: "The requested modifications cannot be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that cannot be automatically found or fixed" just hit me up so i can find out if i messed up somewhere or something
