This is probably my favourite of Ewan MacColl's songs. I do wish he didn't pretend to be the victim but instead project from his own viewpoint. Luke usually sang it better than this, he really loved this song.

Songs Of The Workers is a really hard CD to get hold of. took me almost a year to get hold of it,

in the end i had to put an add in the local paper, a lovely woman in howth sent it to me :)

Hi Kells!! Yeah, see what ye mean...I did the illegal thing, I downloaded it with Vuze, but even that took me three months.... :-) But you're right, otherwise you just don't find that cd....
