If White Crosses was such a jewel of a CD, then why did Against Me! terminate their contract so abruptly after it's release? It's because White Crosses marks a departure into their becoming some poppy Green Day-type group. I just hope they decide to redeem themselves.

@purvicide There contract ended, before the album was released it was already announced that it would be there last album with Sire. The lyrics haven't really changed and the music hasn't really changed that much and if they hated it that much why are the rereleasing on their own label? The only thing that really changed musically is Tom is a better guitar player then when he was fucking 17. The album is a little over produced but if you actually listen to it for what it is, you'll get over it.

I personally prefer your stripped down acoustic versions to the studio's but thats just me. Keep doing what you are doing Tom and you will always have a fan in me.
