  • The rear court partner needs to shout "HELP" before the fore court players will start moving backwards.. We will certainly start trying this out, it seems to work and there is very little shouting for "HELP"on the vid, thanks...

  • SUE BARKER

  • this coach rocks...

  • Thank you Lee!

  • I make the mistake of not doing this all the time. VERY helpful vid. You are a fantastic coach :)

  • Love the way he trains :)

  • very cool coach

  • you are a very good coach !

  • where does he get his raquet!?

  • bravo!

  • AWESOME !!! i like this guy !

  • where is second video in the series?

  • can we get some more video from this guy?

  • These are all excellent training videos.

ps: Robert Blair was born in Scotland and once played for them but he now plays for and lives in England.

  • Coach Li - you really know your stuff!!! Thanks for posting all these great lessons.

  • офигенский урок!!!!! огромное спасибо!!!!

  • coach LEE, your cool, i enjoy ur videos a lot

  • Thanks very much. Your lessons are great. Would you have anything for the backhand clear from the base line? I don't think I've got the technique right....

  • Thank you coach.. this is the one that i've been waiting for.. i don't have any idea regarding the movement of doubles speaking of rotation/movement inside the court.. gud job.. hope you will make alot of video clips with regard to badminton coaching... more power.. keep it up...

  • EXCELLENT video about time there was some gd instructional badminton vids on youtube.

  • Lee is very good coach...learnt, more techniques, which I can't even think...thanx lee, you live long healthy

  • This guy is awesome, great advice! :D

  • i really like this video.. i wish u'll have a good life.. and may i know who are the player and the tutor? because they are really good..

  • The coach is Lee Jae Bok. I'm not sure who the player is, though. These videos used to be on the IBBS website, but the website's no longer there.

  • The player looks like David Lindley from Notts....could be wrong though!

  • I think they are Robin Middleton (ENG) and Robert Blair (SCO).

  • this is awesome coach..my partner and i always play side side and front back, one of us always on one side of the court never thought of going into that i formation to help the rear player. by seeing this video, i see that the front can cover both sides rather then one.the rotation is so clean with your stance and positioning..cant wait to try it out.

  • hmm.. lots to do with my feet...

tnx coach, i will try it!

hehehe, with partners like them, i could have won a lot of tournaments already!

    God bless!

  • I still don't understand how you can cover the front corners, and still be able to help your partner at the back corner..

  • When the opponent lob to ur partner at the corner rear end, you should be able to see that. Also, at the same time, move to the centre to cover up for any front court return.

Any lift to the opposite rear corner is yours and at the same time, ur partner should cover the front court once you move to the rear.

In short, the rear partner response accordingly to how his front partner moves because the rear guy can see his partner but the front guy cannot see his rear partner.
