@anshkansara There are still several double casting bugs in game and riot is taking their sweet time fixing them thinking that it's because those champions with double casts needs nerfing instead of debugging.
Also there are programs where it allows you max out your ping in-game to enable double casting if you want to report players who purposely abuse the double casting bugs on champions such as jax or gragas, etc.
They need to get the next cash grab, erhm champion, out soon, do you expect them to fix something as minor as annies running around raping everyone without any worries?
Vayne takes exactly half the damage of Anivia, as you can tell by counting her health bars (one bar per 100 hp) so unless Vayne had 100MR after any magic pen just the comparison alone between those two champions should be enough
what you should do, the next time something like that happens is to open up your r3d game log file and look for that attack info and see if it appears twice.

maybe it's a bug, maybe not. You didn't show annie's items. or her ap. or her kills. I see it's on lategame so we can say she has atleast 600ap. in that case, that dmg is perfectly legit, you have no magic resist item.
@andreim1994 I don't know what part of annie doing 708 damage is "perfectly legit". Also, in the thread, I show she only has a void staff and a Rabadon's death cap. At any rate, you can see she hits 708 TWICE. No amount of AP makes a skill hit twice unless it's supposed to.
@andreim1994 708-708 at the top of her head when the attack goes off tells the story. 1400 damage is kind of ridiculous because there's a 0.8 scaling meaning she'd have to have over 1800 AP and at least 30 magic pen. Obviously you haven't played a lot of LoL, so I'll say what doesn't need to be said. 1800 AP is physically impossible to get on any character except a really farmed Veigar with 20 stacks mejais and 5 rabadons. @ahwitcher Considering Rabadons doesn`t stack and the way to achieve highest possible AP is by stacking AA staff with ONE Rabadons, I`d say that you obviously haven`t played a lot of LoL. Just saying what needs to be said.

lmao well 2 server soon 3 maintenance ago she was buffed and does major burst of damage, however... as long as you dodge the incinerate stun and she isnt fed annie can easily be taken down. That is why she has tibbers for the tanking :P,... later in the game i find tibbers helpful i use lifesteal items to heal off him just saying haha
annie has atleast 15% pen + 20 which leaves you with less than 0 MR... in other words she does 100% dmg tibbers might do near 1k dmg moron.. + her cone is together surely for 1.5k dmg. there in your face
@mikeci87 if you look closely, you can see he got hit by 708 damage twice, and R and W dont have the same base damages ( same ratio though ) so it is a bug
@mikeci87 Please don't say things without knowing them, if he had 0 MR, tibbers would surely not do 1k damage, in fact it would only do true damage, and she did not activate her cone until later. She basically did 700 damage twice with tibbers. Please don't say things you don't know.
@mikeci87 no dude your wrong, if he had 30 mr and annie had 15% pen and 20 flat pen (never mind you that penetration cant take you below 0 only resist reduction can do that) then you deduct the flat pen first then the % pen, so he would have been left with 8.5 mr. and all of this is ignoring the fact that in the video it definately appears to hit twice.

This bug is caused by an enemy unit dying during the spellcast. It was explained in a forum thread before being deleted by Riot.

Even with 1000 AP Annie wouldn't deal 1400 damage with tibbers.. This is a bug..
Her ratio on tibbers is 0.8 and the base damage in level 3 is 450.
With 30 MR (standard) you'll reduce the damage with 23% so a total of 1722 damage would be needed to deal the 1400 damage on anivia.
For that to be possible Annie would need a total of ~1600 AP I would like anyone to reach that amount of AP..
So people who says it's fake stop lying will you..
