i skip the stuff in between the brachot and baruch she'amar.

The most common part of davening I skip on a daily basis is all of it.

Religion is a cultural invention (didn't come from a god) and a complete waste of time.

i skip to barouch shamor but at chabad its really fast like shachrit 20min boom! done! 25-35 tops with chrise hatorah but i trust the chazzon is saying all the words becosue i am at chabad!!! even if its a yartzit in the morning, right after shachrit we say a lachiam on smirnoff even if its 8:00 am

I agree it is a great prayer and I also skim parts in English as I do many of the harder to say stuff

I'll tell ya something- Brich Shmei is the one tefila I usually say in English, partly because of the tongue twisting Aramaic but mostly because it's such a gorgeous tefilla!
