I think the new photoshop CS5 you can tilt the picture ( think i dont know for sure lol) but i know cs4 and below you cant.

Thats why i love SAI lol

@iDrawMaple Photoshop isn't that bad... you just use free transform and rotate the picture... I used to have to work on just paint, you can't do jack with the picture while you're drawing... and i'm left handed... it's hard to draw for left handed artists :(

@iDrawMaple Cs4 you can =) In cs5 the tool to be able to rotate the canvus is under the hand tool in the tools panel. In cs4 the canvus rotation is at the top of the screen, the icons is a hand with an arrow going to the right. =)
